Hospitality group In Good Company is preparing to open Nomad’s newest bar, The Wilson.
There’s no opening date set yet but according to bar’s Instagram account, it’s all coming together. They’ll be hosting an invite-only event to debut their interpretations of new American classics from Executive Chef Jeff Haskell and signature cocktails, wine, and craft beer menus curated by Beverage Manager Erik Delanoy.
The 5th Ave space will feature a menu of creative mixed drinks like Sage Advice (vodka, sage, lemon, blackberry, smoke) and their spin on a gin and tonic (gin, cherry blossom tonic, pink peppercorn, thyme, lemon). There’s also a wine list of reds, whites, and bubbles as well as a selection of beer. Small bites and large plates are also available. Plus a menu of allergy friendly options.
