Keep on drinking on at the Fourth-Annual Queens Beer Festival
Looking to get your beer drinking on this weekend?
Well, look no further! It’s time for the fourth-annual Queens Beer Festival!
Hosted each year by LIC Flea & Food, you’ll be able to try UNLIMITED SAMPLES of some of the finest seasonal craft beers New York has to offer this Saturday and Sunday. With over 50 beers and hard ciders to sip on, you’ll be able to meet, taste, and get to know the people behind popular brews from Blue Point, Gun Hill. Montauk, and more!
While ‘Unlimited Samples’ is a strong marketing tactic, we weren’t able to find any more info on sampling guidelines. With that being said, it’s safe to say that you’ll probably get pretty drunk, and this is my reminder to stay hydrated and don’t be an idiot.
The event also includes DJs and an assortment of international cuisine to nom on (food not included with ticket price), and you’ll also be able to shop handcrafted and vintage wares from their flea market during the festival.
According to their event pages, Early Admission tickets are still available at $49, with two time slots to choose from each day. This includes skipping the line and entry a half-hour early, as opposed to General Admission at $39, who only get to two hours.
If you’re really looking to party, there’s also Full Spread tickets available for purchase, where you’ll be able to enjoy all five hours of the festival on your selected day for $79.
Added bonus: All admissions receive a free souvenir mug.
Added ADDED bonus: From the looks of one of their Instagram posts, volunteers are still needed, which means free entry and beer in exchange for working! Here’s the link.
